How do I purchase a piece from Riverbed Gems?
As a one woman show, I do my best to keep the shop stocked up. If you do not see any pieces currently available, do not fret! I have scheduled monthly updates where I will set an exact date and time for when the website will be replenished with jewelry. You can find this date at any time on my website homepage or on Instagram @riverbedgems. I usually send out a newsletter with sneak peeks and an early access code, so make sure to sign up on the website homepage! When this date comes and the shop update goes live, pieces will then be available for purchase. I recommend setting an alarm and hopping right on when the collection goes live - pieces can disappear quickly! I always try to preview pieces before hand on social media (& the newsletter). PaymentsMost major credit cards and Paypal are accepted in the shop. I also provide payment plans which can easily be selected at checkout.
Shipping
For ready to ship pieces, reserve a 7 day time frame from the date of payment where they will be shipped; even though it is likely that your order will be shipped within the 48 hours after purchase. Made-to-order pieces could take up to 4 weeks for fabrication and shipment from the date of payment. You will see if your purchase is ‘made to order’ or ‘ready to ship’ in the information within the listing. I ship via USPS and will provide a tracking number to you.
Refunds
I will gladly repair anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail, free of charge. You pay shipping back and I will cover it back to you once it is fixed. Refunds for store credit may be accepted - at my discretion - within 14 days of receiving your piece(s). Please email me at riverbedgems@gmail.com for a return mailing label. Once I receive the piece in the mail, you will be issued a shop gift card via email for the full price of your returned item(s) minus the cost of shipping.
